My cat was 11, which means we have gone to this place for 11 years or 1998 everytime i went there they never knew how old my cat was, had emergency after a small wound got infected took him there he got antibiotics, in a week wound was worse and cat vomiting took to swah,charged me 90 dollares to walk through door wanted to test him, I had no money and when they asked me was it financial I said yes, thinking they would help me since we were long timers as I have heard they were nice like this and helped people so I was not to worried about having some help or plan to pay over time. No such offer when asked they said we wish we could but we do not do this. Had to put my son's first pet to sleep/ my son and I had talked about this beforehand good thing, I kind of thought this place might be a little odd after never knowing my cats age and they did seem to have a high turnover in staff.
