We have had one disappointment after another with this agency. There are others that are much better! Lack of support for both the families and the au pair. This seems like a very small operation with little flexibility and solely in this for the money and not to help young adults get an American experience. Other agencies tower over this one. There is almost NO training for the au pairs where other agencies train the au pairs for 3 or 4 days. I was told they watch a video before they come to the US. There are very few choices for au pairs and the choices that they give are not great. Most are very young with little or no driving experience, as well as little childcare experience.
Pros: slightly cheaper than other agencies
Cons: not enough space!
