Awaiting the Owner's Opinion for How to Proceed...
I'd like to speak with the owner before I write my review. I think the owner doesn't know the story from my point of view and I'd prefer to speak with him/her before I submit my experience. I believe that nobody should be treated the way I was treated. Please make contact with the owner for me to speak with and if they don't correct the injustice, I will write the review. If they refund the money, I will let it go. How do I find out how to reach the owner? I don't want to speak to the managers as they are in agreement to not be understanding with my point of view. If after thirty days I haven't heard from the owners, I will proceed to write my review. S. W.
