I hired them to come and cut my lawn and trim my bushes every two week during the summer. I paid them upfront. I live in the South, so two cuts a month is needed.
They only came one a month and when I called them to see why they would not come twice, even though their contract says twice, they would send me to voice mail every time.
When I confronted them in person, they made up a butt load of excuses.
They are very unprofessional.
