I love tapas gitana- I dine there as often as I can- always the same thing, I just can't get away from having my favorites. Garlic potato salad, salmon slices with toast points, pork tenderloin with the most amazing sauce and carmelized onions, tomato sauce with an incredible cheese in the middle that you dip your bread in, dates wrapped in bacon and blueberry mousse for dessert, yes blueberry!!!. I wish I knew the formal names for these items but just know---they are to die for!!!! The service is great!! By far the best dining choice no matter what mood your in or what your looking for. Chef andy is the best!
