My parent was in for rehab and fell out of bed first night. He was a fall risk from the very beginning. He was also left on the toilet many times, with staff ignoring the call button. He peed in his bed due to length of time it took to respond to his calls.\r
One patient got an egg, the other got the spoonful of grits for breakfast. Food was cold, unappealing, and inadequate. Handwritten medication list that was sent home with him had 5 errors on it. Desk people and sometimes even the aides were frequently smart alecks and rude to patients and family..\r
Is that enough to dislike immensely?
