It was quite unfortunate indeed that i was not able to groom your baby (peanut). In regards to your review, you cannot state ""no called/no showed"" if you stated that you reschelduled 3 times with Best In Show Mobile Pet Salon, that would obviously not make any sense. I will admit that i failed to call or show up on the last rescheduling, due to overwhelming physical and mental circumstances regarding my mothers reoccuring illness. As a certified master stylist and artist, this is probably one of the 1st bad mistakes that i have ever made in the 21 years of dog grooming, my track record speaks for itself. As a human being, i feel that i am entitled to at least one mistake in my career. Dear Jmart, I will give you some critical advise and hope that you take this as constructive critisism..."" try going elsewhere"", their are other places such as, petsmart or petco that you can take your loved one, perhaps now or in the near future.
