I visited Biella with my parents and was not only blown away with the impeccable service but the food? To die for. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly host, asked if we'd like a glass of wine, and seated at the bar for a few minutes while our table near the kitchen was readied. The head chef came out (as we did the tasting menu) to ensure everything was above par. Without question, it was one of the most enjoyable meals I've had in quite some time. Five starts, hands down, to the proprietor, his staff and, most importantly, the head chef Raul Templonuevo.
