Went with my new car to have the XM checked out since it was acting strange. Salesman looked around in car, went inside and did not come back. Upon entering the store to see what the deal was, I was yelled at and told to leave because they couldn't help me. Very rude, extremely unfriendly, and one worker appeared to be extremely high on drugs.
Cons: Rude, indifferent, not friendly
