I attended the newbie workshop as well as the New Year's eve class, in addition to a couple of Yoga 1 classes. The teachers here are fantastic and are so helpful. Being a new yogi, I never felt uncomfortable or like I didn't match up with the more experienced students. At the same time, the instructors pushed the more advanced students in their practice. They serve amazing tea and cookies after classes, and the space is just what it advertises... tranquil. I always leave this studio feeling energized and revived. Thanks TS!
