The equiptment I purchased is excellent. My issue is the help I got at the time I made my purchse. The system is a bit complicated to get programed. When I asked for some help setting it up I was told to ,"...study the manual and it will be a learning curve, but I'm sure you can figure it out". When I asked a few more questions I got the briefest answer and the guy seemed annoyed with having to explain things to me. more
