They were suppose to deliver the astro-jump early (after 10 AM); they did not arrive till 1:30 PM and were not able to set it up till 2:00 PM because the pump wasn't working. When we told them they shouldn't chare us full price since they showed up so late we were told we could keep the astro-jump till the next day and that they would pick it up before noon. We thought that was great since the kids only got to jump a few hours (before it got cold and dark outside). They showed up the next day at 9:45 AM. My kids were VERY disappointed and the person who picked it up still had the nerve to tell my kids they should have gotten up earlier to jump!\r

We will be calling someone else next time.
