Had two leather couches refinished and redyed. Work was completed on time and well done when they were returned to me, but I was unhappy with the color. I called and they were extremely professional in handling the issue. Came back within a couple of days to pick up the couches and redye them. Returned them in a short period of time and the couches looked great. Very impressed with their customer service, something that is often hard to find.
Pros: Great customer service.
Cons: Had an issue with color of redye.
