to whom it may concern.\r i recently purchased a 2008 gmc from this dealer. although im under warantty and everything is covered they just want to sell you a product and push you out the door. once your out thats it. i spent over $38000 and i called them to tell them i had severeral problems. they did not care. passing me from one person to another complicating things. my recomendation is DONT BUY FROM NOBLE. the sales manager TIM is a fast talker. i asked for a little refund for my troubles to go to a gm dealer far away and he didnt aknowledge that i asked them this. i asked them to change the oil in the vehicle and they gave me the runaround even though i had 1300 hudred miles to drive. if there were more of these vehicles around i wouldve brought this one back and bought elesewhere. last but not least dont you want the car dealer that your buying a $38000+ vehicle from to give you the attention you deserve instead of taking calls while you talk to them, steping out and just trying to squeeze you in when they get a chance????? Cons: they run around like chickens with there heads cut off. more
