I have been learning and becoming with Jennifer at Yoga Schelter for the past 7 years. It has been an extraordinary experience. As in ""extra-ordinary..."" Jen always adds to the ordinary just a bit more to create space for you to be just a bit more extra in all do and in all you are. I have learned to dive into myself and fully explore and to trust. I have always been diving but now since having been a part of this community I am safer and affirmed in a new way to carry on and on. Yoga is so often depicted as a ""work-out"" to me and what I have learned here is that yoga is indeed wonderful for your body's strength no doubt, however the ""work-in"" is so lovingly taught here, and practiced regularly. This process of learning to live in the questions of my mind and body is awesome!
