Capital City Residential Healthcare, Indianaplois is the service provider for my son, who is autistic. Their staff is non-professional and uncaring. The management is unreliable. We've had a spot in a day program for over 9 months and they are unwilling to transport him to it. This on top of the fact that they receive over $150,000 per year to take care of him. They will not perform essential duties like assisting him in cleaning the apartment or washing clothes. I've viewed cleanser in the fridge that is spilled 1/2 inch deep. We've had to throw away clothesand towels that become wet, dirty and moldy, but they refuse to assist in washing them. He gets new staff every 3-6 months, which is hard for an autistic to cope with. In my opinion, the company is not focused on the client. If we could change providers, I'd do it in a second.
