She realized I was frantic and wondering what on earth could be wrong with my cat - who wound up vomiting and peeing outside his litter box. She did a check-up just to make sure all was well, and then asked and confirmed each procedure before she went ahead and did it. I just felt like she was genuine and really cared about how I was feeling about my pet. She reassured me that it wasn't something serious and that the meds should have him feeling better soon. I'll be back for his yearly checkup here at this clinic.
