Run. Run fast. While the baked goods taste amazing it's not worth the amazingly poor customer service & nonexistent business ethics.\r
\r
I ordered a wedding cake & decided 9 months prior that I do not want to put up with this kind of service so I called to cancel & get a refund. They told me no refunds. The lady Maria who is the only person you can talk to if its wedding cake related even went as far to say that's how they make their money! According to Manta dot com she is the business owner.\r
\r
Too bad their cancellation policy is posted on their web site. As long as its before 30 days of the wedding full refund less $50. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau & filed a complaint with the States Attorney General Office for fraudulent advertising.\r
\r
I left several messages that were never returned, I was told I would get a call back & that never happened, I called back to say I didn't get a call back & was told she forgot but she's call tomorrow & then she still didn't call. Knowing now she is the owner I believe she never intended to call me back.\r
\r
You do not want to trust your special day with people who run a business like this. \r
\r
I shouldn't known when I set up the very first appointment how unprofessional they were & listened to the awful reviews on yahoo. \r
\r
I hope the states attorney tickets & fines them big time for deceptive practices!!!
Pros: great baked goods
Cons: worst customer service in history, owner is a lier
