Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. \r

Packing. On moving day, we were 90% packed and Jordan River was to help with the last boxes. When we unpacked, we had dishes broken because they had stacked 25 and 30 pound dumbbells on top of them with no padding. They also packed slug bait poison with dishes.\r

Moving. We had all kinds of breaks and dings occur during the move. Furniture was gouged, art broken, and a new elliptical machine destroyed in the process. Given that the move was one block, it was pretty incredible. If you want fast, they're great. If you want your stuff to arrive in decent shape, it's a bad bet.\r

Repairing. When we gave them the laundry list, they fixed the easy stuff (which was appreciated.) But they also took a bedframe without our permission and didn't return it for two weeks. \r

Taking responsibility. Absolutely horrible on this front. Cheap and easy things they handled. Expensive problems, they disclaimed all responsibility. In fact, they are disclaiming all responsibility for ANYTHING ELECTRIC (not electronic, electric -- if you plug it in, they can do whatever they want apparently). Even when they clearly did the damage.\r
