I've been to Margaritas four times. The first time I thought it was excellent, I had the nachos and a cheese crisp appetizer. The service was great and the view of the river is fantastic, if you come in summer you can sit at the balcony or sit on the second floor.
The second time I visited I had a mexican burrito, it was bland, there was no sense of a Mexican flavor at all. The peach margarita I had was horrific. At least it had a good amount of booze in it.
I thought I would give them a third chance since the first time was so wonderful. I had the nachos again. The food took an hour and a half. They did cover the food on my bill but still the wait time was not acceptable.
The last time I went was with my work so I didn't have a choice of locations. The service was disorganized but the fajitas were good.
This place seems to be a real mixed bag. The view is fantastic, it's the kind of place that you would take a visitor from out of town. For some reason though they just can't get the food or service right.
