If you like true Japanese food it doesn't get any better than Sugano. The food you find on the menu is the food you would see on the menu in Japan, and it's done right.
Other places get frozen fish pre-cut, loosing much of the texture and taste. Sugano gets fresh whole fish which he cuts himself. Which leads me to my next point, everything is made in house, aside from the soy sauce. Oh it's glorious.
Can't wait to go back again.
