Ok, a certain insurance company new to roadside assistance(Direct General) had a small time tow company come out to tow my car that had a flat spare. Long story-short, he basically dropped the front end of my car on the pavement so it became a $1,200+ flat tire. The only thing the insurance company did right in the beginning was send me to Feld Body Shop. I feel these guys did much more than any other body shop would have done to help me get through this. They did a great job on the car and were sincerely sympathetic to what I was going through. Thanks guys.
Pros: Sincerely sympathetic(they care). Great work.
Cons: Absolutely none.
