The owner, Yong, working in conjunction with my physical therapist, customized a Yoga workout that complimented my physical therapy. - I was fully released from PT in 6 weeks (way ahead of schedule), by early December I was back to doing 5 regular yoga workouts a week. - I've lost weight, made great friends, and am hooked on a regular workout routine that will make you sweat !! Best health decision I have made in a long time. - No weird meditation stuff either, I like that too ! Classes are designed for working out at ANY level you are at.
