I must agree with the poster below regarding overcharging. I was overcharged for some eggs this morning, and when I informed the cashier (manager?), he went to get the menu to ""show me"" why I was wrong. Except that he was unable to understand his own menu, and could not explain why I was charged so much. At one point he even conceded to his coworker that I ""had a point."" But instead of just refunding me the dollar, he asked why I was fighting over a dollar. At that point I told him to charge me whatever he wanted and left. Perhaps the better question is why they would be willing to lose a customer over a dollar, particularly when they are wrong about how to interpret their own menu. Hint to people at bagel emporium: If one topping costs $1, then two toppings cost $2.
Cons: Terrible customer service, overcharging
