I have purchased quite a few items from Extreme Motor Sales and have been fortunate to always get equipment that works and works well. But a co-worker of mine bought 2 ATV's at Christmas time and 1 of them is not working. So m Co-worker has been calling them since Christmas every few days and Extreme Motor Sales has not answered or returned 1 call. I normally wouldn't post something like this but I just overhead an AMAZING phone conversation with 1 Female and 1 Male within a 15 minute span and these 2 people were about as rude to my Co-worker(A paying customer) as I have ever heard before. Asking the guy why he can't fix it himself. This lasy was trying to call her Customer a Liar. I was shocked. Very unprofessional. She told him ""You know how busy I am, I don't have time to return calls"" I will not take my business elsewhere. You never know who you are going to upset when you act like you do. You may not care and not caring will effect your business in the long run.
