I have never had good customer service at this location, and last night was no exception. My husband and I were looking to buy several pieces of furniture for our baby's room. We asked if someone could help us. A guy appeared and immediately said, ""I'm not good at that"" before even asking us how he could help us. We asked a few questions, then asked a cashier if she could call another store to see if they had items in stock. She said, ""yeah, I need numbers"" and had us looking up the item numbers. We were treated with much eye rolling and huffing and puffing. In the meantime, another customer came by to be rung up, and I heard the cashier say, ""I'm actually one minute off the clock"". Didn't direct the customer elsewhere, didn't treat anyone with kindness or customer service. After we looked up the item numbers and gave the cashier a description, she walked over to the salesperson who ""helped"" us earlier and just stood there talking for about 5 minutes. She never called the other location. We left without the other store being called as we had requested, no one seemed the least bit interested in treating us with kindness, so we will spend our $600 elsewhere. Totally unimpressed. Sears needs to hire better, train better, and have more management intervention.
