I brought my son's car in because the power window would not work anymore. Rhonda gave me an estimate and we agreed on a time for me to pick the car back up. When I got there, I noticed that there was some damage to the inside of the door. I brought this to Rhonda's attention. I told her that the damage was not there prior to me bringing the car to them. She immediately went into action and questioned her workers about the damage. She was gone for about 10 minutes. When she came back, she assured me that her guys did not do the damage, but that it was there when I brought it. She then stated, ""It is my policy to make sure my customers leave happy and even though I don't believe we did the damage, bring the car back after the New Year's holiday and I will fix it."" I thanked her and went on my way happy. When I got home, something told me to double check with my son about the damage. I asked him if he noticed anything before I took the car. He said, ""Yeah...I did that last week. I got really angry the other day and elbowed my door really hard."" I thanked him and immediately went over to Precision Bodies to thank Rhonda in person. I told her what I had found out. She smiled knowingly. I told her that I was so impressed with the way she handled that and especially that she was willing to pay for something that I thought was done at her shop even though she KNEW it wasn't their fault. I told her that that spoke volumns to me about who she was and that I would do business with NO ONE else but her!!! Rhonda and Precision Bodies are the BEST!!! They can be trusted!! How rare is that????
