Marbrisa is a tight community, where most people know each other. I read one review, and I have to disagree....the Board Members do their job, and maintain a peaceful neighborhood. There has been a lot of turnover of residents, as with any location these days. However always improving the property, and dues have not been raised in over 8 years. There was a major reconstruction of the pool area, which now has BBQ pits, and security cameras, just to mention some of the improvements..Some people don't like it at Marbrisa, because the rules are enforced. This is what keeps this complex nice, clean, and a Great place to call HOME....if the Pres. and Vice-Pres are drunks, and use Snow..than I guess someone doesn't know them very well......no truth to that at all...
Pros: Friendly, but lots of Rules
Cons: Not everyone follows the Rules
