I have to disagree. I also went on the NKOTB cruise in 2009 and I think Rose Tours did a fabulous job keeping everyone in line. They were extremely friendly and we even got to know some of their names, it made the cruise even more fun. There was a lot going on in one day/night and I think they did a great job handling everything professionally. I have a feeling any improvements that needed to be made will be corrected this cruise in 2010. Not everyone can be happy, but I cannot say anything bad about them. Their bookkeeping and office staff may need a little help but I understand they are busy, I'm sure their phone is ringing off the hook.
