We made reservations at Saffire for 9:30pm so the restautrant was not crowded. We weren't greeted until 15 minutes after being seated. Server did not explain menu, after requesting bread twice since we were starving the server brought burned rolls that were horrible. We ordered two hundred dollar bottles of wine and they were dropped on our table, as the server ran back off to wait on someone else... It just goes downhill from there. My primerib was dry as could be....salad was drenched in dressing..the dessert was hard as a rock. The is suppose to be fine dinning but crackerbarrell would be considered fine dining compared to this place. The decor was mediocore, everything about this place was horrible. DO NOT waste your money!!!! I have never written a bad review ever, and I am usually extremely easy to please.....
