I was speaking with one of the sales associates at this location and they truly try to serve every customer that comes in and or calls..... They told me that they get over 700 calls a day..and typically only one person is on the phones..On top of that...people want FREE technical support!! C'mon now! How fare is that! What happen to the days where people would research for themselves?? I mean I can understand if you bought the product from some place, but after it's in your hands why do people expect these poor associates to hold their hands through out the life of the product! I think Best Buy is trying hard to keep up with the demands..I mean it is the ONLY real electronic store left that I feel the workers try to live up to the high demand of the rapid technological changes. Keep up the Great Work guys!! And btw, I love the Alpharetta store!!
Pros: Sales Associates Handle MULIPLE customers at once!
Cons: Sales Associates have a lot of demands!
