I lived here from 2004 to 2007 and enjoyed every moment of it. The staff was always helpful when we had problems. One day our fridge quit while we were at work and all our food was pretty much wasted. We called the manager and with in 15 minutes a maintenance staff member was at our door with a huge side by side fridge.
The staff was always understanding and very fair. When we complained about our neighbor one time for yelling death threats to people from his balcony they actually handled the issue. When I left the complex I had damaged some carpets with some dye, but they were understanding and didn't make me pay up front but instead told me to send money when ever we could to pay off the remainder we owed.
All issues we had were handled within 12hrs. Top notch service and apartments. I miss my S1120 :(
