We were looking for someone local to update our cooling and heating system, The installation with Landeen was great. They were neat and efficient. The problem occured after. We paid for the permit and inspection but till now (We had the unit installed in March 2009) we still have not had our inspection. In addition we always get there voicemail and i don't even think they check their messages because we never got a call back.
Pros: clean and neat installation
Cons: poor follow-up
