The chef came out to greet us personally as we perused the menu. We asked for his recommendations. He suggested a shrimp dish and the singapore noodles. We also ordered the General's chicken, the chow mein, and the eggplant with garlic. The singapore noodles were fantastic and the eggplant, my standard order wherever I go, was about the best I have had. Only a couple other restaurants in SF and the East Bay have equaled this feat. The chow mein was good, not my favorite, but better than most. The chef also came out after our meal and asked our opinion. I thought this was very thoughtful.
the food was so good that I have ordered a larger catering order for my upcoming party and believe my guests will be as impressed as I am.
