Sometimes the beer is cold, sometimes not so much. Sometimes they have crappy wine and can soda (1-2 flavors), othertimes not. Its a tiny place, and most of the clientele walks there from nearby. If the customer base had drivers licenses, this bar would be closed. Two pool tables, surprisingly good music and karaoke.
