I have had several pieces of furniture upholstered here over the years but they must not have the experts they used to have doing the work. Recent experience was awful. 5 weeks after my order was placed, Peter called to say the fabric was discontinued. I found another fabric and when the chairs came back, they were awful. Two identical chairs no longer looked identical as if two different people worked on them. I returned them to Peter and he made a note of everything that was wrong. When I finally got them back again (3 weeks), they had minimal correction - fabric still crooked in places, wingbacks didn't match. I didn't send back again - what's the point. Will never use them again.
