The worst customer service. The repair man/owner didn't bother explaining his repairs. He initially estimated $68.00, but he would call if the cost would be more. He never called me back, and the total went to a $100.00...I didn't mind, but he still should've called me and explained what needed to be done. In a rude manner, he insisted I was getting a good deal. He got so offended when I simply asked what repairs were done. He insisted that I read the receipt even though what he wrote was all foreign to me (""T.V repair jargon""). He still didn't answer my questions clearly. I feel like I spent $100.00 on glue...which seemed like the only thing he did. Very impatient and rude! Nevertheless I kept my cool. I don't know how he stayed in business for ""30 years"" as he claims...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
Cons: Will not explain the work done, pushy, and very very rude.
