I purchased a vehicle throught this company 2005. I now have a balance with them of $65; however, the principal balance is $146.18. I called them and asked if I could give them 150 today and 150 on January 15th, and I was told no. I was advised that I should have had my car paid in full by October 2009, and that it was considered 3 months late because of the maturity date of the contract. I advised them that I could not afford to pay the amount in full today. The female I was speaking with advised me that it was not her problem, and that I should not have bought my kids anything for Christmas and that they would repossess my car. I asked her for the CEO name and number and she advised that he would tell me the same thing. So I hung with her and called back and spoke with a male and he I told me the female said. he also told that if I work I should pay my bills on time and he get tired of people calling asking for help. He stated that he is never late on his bills and is better than me because he can afford to pay his bills on time. Well, I thought this was totally unacceptable for them to say these things to me, so I did get a litle upset and demanded to know the CEO name. He told me he had to follow the chain of command and that he was going to put me on hold and place me in time-out and he would let me speak with a manager. Well to make a story short, I was placed on hold and eventually hung up on. I did not get the help I needed so I did my own research and found the CEO info. The customer service skills of the employees is terribly; which, is probably why the company has been losing money. I hope the CEO read this so he will know that his customer service team has a lot to do with his company loss.
