Calling from a company to update our information. This front office person does not give her name and is very condescending. She is rude to an extreme without reason. I called back twice and she hung up on me. When I called a third time she put the phone to the answering service. She may be in charge of the front office, but I'm afraid if many more people have to put up with her his patient's will taper off. No one likes to be talked down to or treated like they are not worth her time. She needs to be replaced.
