This morning I was unfortunate enough to hit a possum on my way to school. My vehicle obtained substantial damage and remained undriveable. Chris from Pinnacle towing was referred to me by my insurance company and arrived in an immediate fashion. When he arrived, he efficiently put my car on the wrecker in less than a minute (which is very rapid considering the care and precision needed to maneuver my very low car, made even lower due to the damage). Considering that on a prior incident, I had to call just about every towing company in the area to get service (most companies will not even touch my car), it is fantastic to have such a professional and trustworthy towing service in town. Pinnacle has saved my family on various occasions and they will be the only company to remain on my phone. Again, kudos to Pinnacle towing and especially Chris, who made sure my car was well taken care of in my time of need.
