We have had two very negative experiences with Glass and Mirror Outlet in Hopkins. The first time we worked with them they had story after story about why the delivery of a mirror kept being delayed and they ended up putting our remodel behind schedule by weeks when plumbling and fixtures could not be installed with out the mirror. Later, our glass shower door that we purchased from them spontaneously exploded, sending glass flying in all directions. They refused to stand by their product and, in fact, were going to charge $200 more than their competitors to replace the glass. Run don't walk away from doing business with this company.
