Paid $75 for a 60-minute facial. The therapist started 30 minutes late and only did a 35-minute facial. Also, didn't offer any weekend appointments. This weekend is booked, next weekend, there is no therapist. This is sad, but with so much competition, I HOPE they go out of business.
