horrible customer service as evidenced by irate customers in the store everytime I've visited, hence the need for a constant security guard to protect the fat manager known as Milo who will lie to your face and provide horrible customer service. The security guard did little but threaten to call police on an upset customer because Milo got PUNKED by him. I dont know why the customer was so upset but I know they have NO customer service to be able to manage and deal with such customers.
