They mis-diagnosed the problem....then further damaged my truck. After multiple efforts to get them to correct the issue, they tried to put blame on my tires needing balanced. When we got them balanced, and the issue was still there, they suggested we find another mechanic. All this, after he received over $1300 from us! I did find a competent and professional mechanic to do the needed repair. Guarantee does not return phone calls, and performs unauthorized, substandard work. The owner, Gerald, is rude and unprofessional.
