Recently bought about $3000 in furniture there for my mom, and although the furniture is nice, the customer service is horrid. I scheduled delivery two weeks in advance, and had to call them twice because they forgot to schedule the first time and then nearly missed their 5 hour window after that. Once setup, the bed we bought ended up being dangerously high up, without warning from the sales person. After talking to the manager, they were unwilling to help me with the problem only offering to sell me another piece at a discount. Ridiculous. Last time I'll be going there. Avoid this place, there are ALOT of better choices out there. Pros: furniture is nice, and priced ok Cons: nearly forgot to deliver, sold bad piece, unwilling to fix more
