After spending some agonizing hours attempting to find a local service rep through both the extended warranty company and the Home Theater Store, I did some searching on my own and found Bond's and was lucky enough to speak with a technician named Elvis who was not only knowledgeable but advised me of a thermal sensor recall by the manufacturer. Elvis promptly serviced my Mitsubishi DLP TV with no charge to me last year and I just purchased a new lamp for the DLP this past Saturday and was delighted at the service I received both on the phone and in person. THESE GUYS ARE TERRIFIC and their collection of old tv's is amazing (it will really take you back). Thank you for your great service!
