Don't go there unless you want their assistant manager, Bobby Villa to try and replace your new phone with a refurbished phone and then break your media card and do nothing about it but have a shitty attitude and be an A$$hole. Sorry but that to me is FAR from customer service to a client who has been with this company for 15+ years! Take responsibility for your faults Bobby Villa, you broke my property and did nothing but act like a total jerk. Unacceptable.
Pros: Went in with hopes of a solution to my phone issues...
Cons: Left with no solutions just a broken, now useless media card
