THey advertised an HP laptop for $449 and a Toshiba for the same price. I called the day the sale started and they didn't have any of the Toshiba laptops and only on HP which was a demo model. Very disappointing.
Pros: Good prices, easy to reach on phone
Cons: Their advertised specials are frequently not available
