The Sears in El Cajon has been terrific! Rey, a service mgr. has been incredibly helpful and honest. As a woman I find many service advisors talk down to me, and frankly I know more about cars than many men. I had a problem with my car over heating and although they could not fix the problem, the refunded my money and referred me to the dealer. Additionally Rey and another employee explained the problem, what to say to the dealer and they were wonderful. We found that many of the other car repair companies up-sell and do not guarantee their work, e.g., Firestone and Pep Boys. We have had all of our vehicles serviced with Sears and with Rey and it has been a hassle-free experience.
