This compnay is a mess. The lady in the front office was terribly rude on the phone. The guy who arrived to clean my carpets look like a homeless man and his phone was constantly going off making him distracted from his job. I would never use this company again. The carpets looked alright, but not worth all the hassle and rudeness.
